Our Community consists of 170 fee simple townhouses in 26 multi-family buildings located in Morris Township with access through a single entrance on Punch Bowl Road. The property adjoins land owned by the Sisters of Charity of St. Elizabeth, is adjacent to the Convent Station rail road station and is less than 3 miles from the business districts of Morristown and Madison, respectively.
Under the fee simple form of ownership in Liberty Greens, each owner has exclusive ownership and possession of their townhouse and lot. Each townhouse is taxed as a seperate dwelling. Owners are responsible for maintaining the interior of their townhouse and the utility services delivered to it. Owners automatically become members of the Liberty Greens Association, a New Jersey not for profit corporation. The Association is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the common property and, in part, the exterior of the townhouse and all lawn areas.
There are four different types of townhouses, all are 2 stories high with a full basement and 2 1/2 baths. Parking for 2 cars is available on each individual lot; one within the garage and the other on the driveway.
